How often should I train?
Most clients train 2–4 times per week depending on their goals and schedule. Your coach will recommend the training frequency that best supports your progress.


Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes. Nutrition plays an important role in achieving results. Clients receive nutrition guidance that supports their training goals, whether the focus is fat loss, muscle building, or improving overall health.


How soon will I see results?
Results vary depending on consistency, effort, and lifestyle habits. Many clients begin noticing improvements in strength, energy, and body composition within the first few weeks of consistent training.

What are your training rates?
Phoenix Evolution offers several training options depending on how often you would like to train each week.

Single sessions can be booked individually. Packages that include multiple weekly sessions are offered at a discounted rate and must be paid in full upfront before training begins.

What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the session being forfeited.

This policy allows scheduling to remain fair and respectful for all clients.


What happens if I arrive late to my session?
If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect the schedule of other clients. Arriving on time ensures that you receive the full benefit of your training session.


Do training sessions expire?
Yes. Training packages are designed to be used within a reasonable timeframe in order to maintain consistency and progress. Specific expiration timelines will be communicated when your package is purchased.


Can I transfer my sessions to someone else?
Training sessions and packages are non-transferable and are intended only for the client who purchased them.


Are training packages refundable?
Training packages are non-refundable. Once a package has been purchased and scheduled, it is reserved specifically for that client’s training time and coaching commitment.
